Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be taken over call or whatsapp msg. Please reply to the email of payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.
Booking amount is non-refundable.
Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions , protests , landslides or any other unforseen circumstances , we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even even certain activities are cancelled , the organization provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), Vivid Holidays Group will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.). No refund would be provided.
Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), Will be beared by customer. Company will not be liable.
Cancellations policy will differ during the peak season and popular places.

Promotions:
At our heart, we’re all about sharing the magic of our tours with you! Whether through captivating photos, thrilling videos, or awesome brochures, we love showcasing the incredible experiences that await. While you’re on tour with us, we might capture some memorable moments – snapping photos, shooting videos, or recording audio to share on our website, social media, and other promotional materials. The best part? No need for special permissions or payment for starring in our promotional content!
License and Travel Documents:
Before embarking on your adventure, it’s essential to ensure all your travel documents are in order, including visas and other necessary paperwork. Plus, don’t forget to bring your ID and confirm you’re at least 18 years old to join us. Keep in mind that if a country/place doesn’t grant you entry, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Additionally, having a valid motorcycle license and any required documentation is a must.
Indemnification:
In the rare event that you cause any issues during the tour, you may be responsible for covering associated costs.
Privacy Policy:
Rest assured, we prioritize the safety and privacy of your information and will only share it when necessary.
Amendment and Modifications:
Keep in mind that we may update these terms, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to abide by the latest version.
Waiver:
Our leniency in some situations does not mean we’re giving up our rights.
Severability:
If any terms are deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining ones still apply.
Governing Law:
In case of any disputes, all the legal matters will be governed under the jurisdiction of Gautam Buddh Nagar district only.
Termination:
Remember, we reserve the right to discontinue our services if there’s a breach of the rules.
Complaints, Suggestions & Comments:
Your feedback is invaluable to us! Whether you have a complaint, a suggestion, or a comment, please don’t hesitate to share it with us during the tour or via email within 28 days of the issue. We’re here to make your experience exceptional!
Itinerary Changes:
Flexibility is key in travel. In unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or events beyond our control, we might need to adjust the tour plan or even cancel it. To ensure a tour happens, we require at least four bookings, and if things change or we don’t meet the minimum bookings, we’ll promptly refund your money.
Booking, Cancellations, and Refund:
While prices can fluctuate, we’ll always provide you with the final cost when you make your booking. Full payment is necessary before we send you any travel documents. Please note that if you miss the tour or decide to leave early, any additional expenses are your responsibility.
Revision Fees:
Making changes to your tour date or itinerary comes with additional costs, especially if these changes occur within 45 days of the tour date – it’s similar to canceling.
Cancellation for Non-Payment:
To secure your booking, it’s crucial to make payments on time. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking along with associated fees.
Cancellation by You:
Keep in mind that your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel more than two months before the tour, you’ll receive your balance payment back within 45 days. However, cancellations made later or during the tour won’t be eligible for refunds.
Refund:
For refund requests, our team will determine the appropriate amount, and please allow up to 10 days for processing. Please note that no refunds will be provided for unused services.
Proprietary Rights:
Our website and materials are protected by copyright and other legal measures. Please respect these rights and obtain permission before any use.
No Warranty:
While we strive to provide accurate information, please understand that our content is offered “as is,” and we can’t guarantee perfection.
Disclaimer of Liability:
We want you to have a safe and enjoyable experience, but we can’t assume responsibility for accidents, lost luggage, delays, or fines that may occur during the tour.
Exclusions and Limitations:
